Korean DJ and fashion icon based in Berlin, Peggy Gou, launched her brand, KIRIN, in Paris Fashion Week 2019. The brand blends her colorful, delicate aesthetic and impeccable style with iconic Korean graphic motifs and also with inspiration from club culture. Highlights of the brand include silk pajamas, sweatshirts, mini dresses, jumpsuits, suits, trench coats, maxi coats, bold color blocking, and an overall high-end octane streetwear style. The brand’s name comes from Korean word “kirin” which means giraffe, Gou’s spirit animal. She sees the giraffe as a “graceful counterpoint to the intensity of daily life.” Through the brand, Gou strives to make the wearer feel confident and open.
