Shipping method

Shipments are made by DHL at the expense of the customer.

Packages shipped to countries within the European Union contain no invoice or any other documentation indicating the value of the goods.
As required by customs procedures, all shipments to countries outside the European Union are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of individual items.

 

ITEMS IN STOCK:

Items in stock are shipped within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date.

Shipments may take longer during periods of sales or promotions.

ARTICLES AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER:

Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they are available in stock.

Payment is made at the time of order, although the items will be shipped later in the season.

We wish to remind our customers that MONTIBOUTIQUE.COM may request your bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, including by contacting the Bank directly. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of the order.

 

Estimated times for delivery from the shipping date:

USA and Canada: 1-3 working days depending on the destination

Europe – Standard Shipping: 2-5 working days depending on the destination

Europe – Express Shipping: 1 working day for all major destinations / 2-3 working days for remote destinations

Latin America: 3-4 working days

Asia and the Middle East: 2-3 working days

Australia and Oceania: 2-3 working days for all major destinations / 4-5 working days for remote destinations

Africa: 2-4 working days

Russian Federation: 3-4 working days (DHL) / approximately 15 working days (EMS Russian Post)

 

MONTIBOUTIQUE.COM is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and checks, or to force majeure beyond the control of MONTIBOUTIQUE.COM.

 

Please note that the following days are national holidays in Italy, on which couriers will not ship:

January 1 - January 6 - Easter and Easter Monday - April 25 - May 1 - June 2 - June 24 - August 15 - November 1 - December 25 - December 26

 

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from MONTIBOUTIQUE.COM with the relevant tracking number and a link for monitoring the shipment progress.

In case of delays due to Customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier.

ORDER DELIVERY

Upon delivery of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing the shipment proof of delivery. MONTIBOUTIQUE.COM packages are carefully packed and sealed with MONTIBOUTIQUE.COM adhesive tape, wrapped around the package.

If for any reason the box appears to have been tampered with or if the tape appears to not be intact, customers are asked to accept the delivery with reservation or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorised signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report this to the carrier and contact MONTIBOUTIQUE.COM directly at customercare@montiboutique.com

If the package is damaged, or if upon examining its contents part of the goods are missing, the packaging should be retained for additional investigation.

Any dispute regarding damages, losses or delivery to a wrong address must be received by MONTIBOUTIQUE.COM within 10 days of the delivery date specified on the courier website. Otherwise, any such dispute shall not be accepted.

All customers who have placed an order establish a business relationship with MONTIBOUTIQUE.COM and undertake to accept delivery of their parcel. If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, consignee absent, incorrect phone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping and any customs services will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

MONTIBOUTIQUE.COM shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its intended destination, the insurance loses its validity.
