Shipments are made by DHL, FedEx or UPS and all the shipping costs and any duties are at the expense of the customer.

Estimated times for delivery from the shipping date:
Italy: 1-2 working days
Europe – Extra EU: 2-5 working days depending on the destination

SHIPMENT TRACKING:
When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from MONTIBOUTIQUE.COM with the relevant tracking number and a link for monitoring the shipment progress.
In case of delays due to Customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
We can book returns on behalf of the client within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. Return shipping costs are not free of charge. In case of returns from EXTRA EU Countries, return duties won't be charged to the customer.
Alternatively, the client can return the unwanted item/items with a courier of their choice.
